The Gambian political pendulum has been swinging for quite some time and the ebb and flow that ushered the tides of change have been indecisive for over two decades. Many false starts and lost opportunities that only entrenched the despot's resolve to clamp down further. As he clenched his iron fist on the defenseless population of our beautiful nation, he galvanised our resolve to liquidate him by any means possible. Yes all options were on deck to get rid of the Butcher of Kanilai. This led to the unfortunate incident of December 30 2015.
The outcome of D30/15 excercirbated the Gambian patience with regards to the reign of the Despot and gave birth to a formidable resistance never witnessed on Gambian soil. Comrade Solo Sandeng up the ante by amplifying our collective frustration. He paid the ultimate price in his quest for an equitable Gambia that respects our aspirations and guarantee our rights as espoused by the constitution. Our collective conscience was awoken by the symbolic March led by Comrade Darboe to request for answers about the fate of Sandeng and co. This March was met with brute force coordinated by the viscious capo Ousman Badgie whose convoluted mind knows no mercy. Darboe and co were crushed but not demoralised and this spelled doom for the Butcher in Chief as Gambians with conscience have finally resigned to their fate that this man has transformed our paradise under the sun into a fiefdom that is reminiscent of jungle justice and vigilanteism. The Butcher and his cohorts setup shop to prosecute the gallant agitators of justice in a kangaroo court planned and executed by a wretched scum of the earth called Dishonorable Mama Singhateh who shamelessly ordered her gang of mercenaries to usurp justice and serve the whimps and caprices of a delusional demon called the Butcher of Kanilai. This unfortunate saga created charlatans like injustice Otaba, Dada and other prostitutes of conscience that who will forever be fresh in our national psyche for quite some time.
The daily show of defiance and disgust coupled with brazen road blocks and security obstacles to the tiny island of Banjul set the stage for the election agenda and outcome of what I called Decision 2016. A lot of talk, back door negotiations and social pressures ensued and gave birth to the grand coalition that ushered in our new dawn. Gambians expect a lot from this new dispensation but high on our shopping list is justice and truth for the heinous acts committed under the watch of the butcher with the help of the Czar of Marina Parade Yankuba Badgie, Operation bulldozer, infamous assassin crew called Jungullars, Ousman Sonko and mercenaries in suit and ties led by Mama Singhateh. We want the third rebuplic to take heed that this request is paramount as it was the cornerstone of our vote to oust the despot. Institutional reforms to efface impunity and harassment Must be dealt with immediately. Economic plundering orchestrated by the public enterprises (Gamtel, Ports, SSHFC, NAWEC Etc.) that should have been complimenting budgetary support of the national coffers by the expe ted dividends have turned out to be economic liabilities to the state for they have contracted more debt in our name as Gambians and as share holders in their going concerns, we haven't seen any tangible economic dividend that has brought prosperity or comfort to the population.
The last ditch effort to defend our votes between the 9th of December to the 19th of January must send a clear message to the coalition that Gambians were fed up with business as usual and will not condone or accept anything less than our well deserved aspirations. Happy weekend to all and hope that The New Gambia is loading albeit a slow download speed but come Monday morning Gambia will be open for business to address the very issues that many paid the ultimate price fighting for.

Mr. Despot Please Draw The curtains Down. The Show Has Climaxed
Good morning Despot General,
Gambians have been living a harsh reality for the past 22 years and December 1 was a window of opportunity to seal yout fate and we resoundingly decided to put you behind us once and for all. You wilfully without duress accepted our will and even acted magnamously in defeat.
As the old adage goes "an idle mind is a devil's workshop" is so true for you had ample time between the 2nd December to the 9th of December to ponder and devise a scheme to upset our new found reality. As usual, you retreated into your cocoon and started work on a crafty script melancholic political satire filled with sadistic soliloquy of your relevance to the Gambia. You made a demarche on the 9th of December by filling the airwaves with incessants rants threatening the peace and security of the very nation you swore to defend. Mr Despot, that was the first treasonous act you committed against the peace loving people of this great country who just exercised their constitutional right of choosing a leader. To add insult to injury, you sand bagged the whole country raising our emotional distress and anxiety. Mr Despot, your actions have been self centred and we the people are not happy with your callous actions.
Your melodrama continued to unfold with different acts that contravenes the sanctity of our statehood. Your late night TV outings causing nightmares to a weary and traumatised population to the mass exodus of a troubled population fleeing for relative safety either in the hinterland or to distant shores.
As a concerned citizen whose interest for calm and harmonious existence of our diverse peoples, I urge you in the name of the 1,800,000 mollion inhabitants of this beautiful speck of land to draw down your curtain on your ensuing drama that has put our lives on hold. Sacrifice for country starts with putting the interest of the greater good before self and you for one don't have a clue what the utilitarian concept of the greater good is for you operated under the maxim of "one for one, and all for one". Mr Despot even the callous colonials treated us better than you do for they still exploited us but left us in peace. You on the other hand, want our resources and ourlives. That is surely not tenable and will only emboldened our resolve to take you head on especially after demystifying the grandiose enigma we once thought of you. We can create a safe exit for you provided you heed to our wise counsel. A lot has happened in the name of securing our nation and in the process, undue mayhem has been meted out against the harmless Gambian population. This can't and will not be swept under the rug. We have no control of International law and cant assure your immunity from prosecution as it relates to your trans national involvement in trade or distribution of contrabands.
As Gambians bid you farewell, we do hope you have learned a lesson in humility for there is only one creator and he has no rival. An enigma once shrouded in mystery is now our national folly. Well its your making and you have reduced yourself and image to nothing but a self serving psychopath whose sole purpose is to preserve his interest at the expense of the greater good. Public service is not for your ilk cos you saw it as a means to an end by illicitly enriching yourselfat the expense of the poor farmer in Tankular. Whenever you or the first family spend our cash think of the sick patients in our ill equiped hospitals. So long Mr. Despot and please be humble enough to have a genuine dialogue with your brothers and sisters. Let me repeat for the purpose of clarity ; Be humble enough to have a genuine dialogue with your brothersand sisters. If Jerry Rawlings can apologise to Ghanians and move on why can't you?

Let The Real Despot Jammeh Please Stand Up
Another May day distress call by a captain in a perilous voyage. Jammeh is deliberately weaving a pathway for his exit and the shameless Assembly members will draft a customised bill to indemnify him, his thugs and henchmen but that amendmend will be dead on arrival as it will be considered an expedient law of purpose. A good law is drafted with the interest of the greater good at heart. His demeanour has also changed as his arrogance and bravado has been tamed by the stern position taken by well meaning Gambians. All assembly members are reminded of their duty to country not the executive. Therefore any encroachment by the executive on the rights of the citizenry with the help of these shameless members of the assembly headed by that disgusted Dishonourable Fox Fabakary Tombong Jatta will be met with severe public out cry. You do the crime you must serve the time. Just do the honorable thing by being remorseful for your heinous acts over the past 22 years. Man up Babili don't go out as a punk. Please be reminded you are nothing but a lame duck president no executive order can save you from your wanton disregard of the very populace that made you who you are. Lets settle accounts then we part ways. Give us our properties and the loot you stashed then we will reconsider our firm position about your future. We will not negotiate with minions appointed by you as we have no confidence or goid faith in your efforts. Come out clean Babili. God only help those that help themselves.
Despot Jammeh is nothing but a self serving psychopath whose sole purpose is to preserve his interest. I am no longer bothered about his tirades and machinations but angry with the delusional idiots around him (Service chiefs, Assembly members, bureacrats and political bafoons) who execute his ill conceived ideas without due consideration of the public interest. Then again, a professor once told me that "you can't expect to make chicken salad out of chicken shit". Most if not all of his close aides are neither competent nor conscientious and the only reason they are relevant is because they work for a despot. Gambia and Gambians are tired of mediocrity and that's why we sent you packing. Don't get it twisted Despot Jammeh we are done with you and that is an irreversible decision as we are firm and resolute about our decision to forge ahead with you and your ilk. Hope you are having a good morning as you pack your costumes and props cos the show is over. Take care Babili as your future is bleak due to your insatiable appetite for material possession. Have you ever heard of the United States Drug Enforcement Agency or the the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Fire arms? Well these agencies are about to schedule meetings with you so be prepared? If you are serious and sincere set up a fast track transition team to respectfully handover power if not we will treat you with scorn and contempt for the undue stress you meted out against the harmless Gambian population over the past month not forgetting your atrocities over the years. You should be ashamed of yourself for Gambia has given you a lot only to be paid back with blood and tears. What an ungrateful thwart you are. Then again we shouldn't have expected much from you knowing who the real despot Jammeh is. If you cannot show gratitude to the Mission in Bwiam and the Tamba's of Latrikunda then who are we to think that you will treat us any better. Just pack and deal with your predicament as it is your own making. Your cookie crumbling in your ass has nothing to do with us let your benefactor in chief Zeinab assist you your preparation to face justice.

Good Day Mr. Despot
Good morning Mr. despot Jammeh,
I feel too dignified to address you as your excellency for that covetted position is earned and you have lost the priviledge to be addressed as such. The real despot Jammeh has surfaced full circle and you have now confirmed our long held beliefs of who you are. You are a self centred ego maniac whose sadistic tendencies allow him to be a delusional demon thinking he is the best thing since slice bread.
Personally, I don't blame you for your actions as you have a troubled childhood moving from one foster home to another whilst you transit through life. You have shown Gambians utter disdain and contempt and you of all people must be grateful for our hospitality and benevolence over the years. To whom much is given much is surely expected and you despot Jammeh as my elders of old would have said in my regal wollof language "yow kou jalaa andah nga". You are such an ungrateful thwart with no sense of gratitude towards the people that made you who you are today.
As alluded earlier, your delusional state of mind makes you think that you are God sent. Gambia always deserved better cos you have a chip on your shoulder and that social deficit turned complex have shrouded your judgement hence the creation of the monster we know as despot Jammeh. You have killed, maimed, raped and looted the Gambian for 22 years just to feed your maniacal ego. You are so insecure that you always needed a throphy by your side to feel good. Be it in the form of women or material endowment and this made you unfit to be a leader from day one.
Mr. Despot my bone of contention is not your 22 year misrule for I can't cry over spill milk but your diabolic resistance to step aside. Well the ball has been set in motion and the choice is your but your convoluted ego will not allow you to concede. The best we can accord you is due process of the law. Step down and let the burden of proof be on the state as per your culpability on lots of issues that has stained our national psyche (Koro Ceesay, Deyda Hydara, Daba marenah and co and Solo Sandeng). These are burning issues that Gambians want closure on. As per your ill gotten gains a forensic audit trail will ascertain our long held views of your corrupt practices. A man who in July 1994 couldn't afford a motorbike now boasting of the most expensive armada of luxurg cars in Africa calls for inquiry into your dubious dealings. Just like the Israelis, you have dispossessed hundreds of Gambians of their rightful ownership of premium land just to satisfy your appetite due to your deprivation as a child. I care less what the International community wants to do to you for your narco and arms involvement in the sub region and beyond. You have evaded the hands of justice for too long and the chicken has finally come home to roost.
To your propagandist in chief and your groupies from the vice president to your minions of ministers you claimed to have I emphatically on behalf of bonafide Gambians tell you that you have no place in our new dispensation and the law of the land will be applied to the fullest for your trangressions against the peace loving people of this beautiful nation. To your so called security chiefs who without your appointment would have still bene in oblivion for they neither merit the appointments given to them nor understand the intricacy of the titles proferred to them. As per the first lady, we will let her conscience judge her. A poor, socially derelict night girl will not easily understand the plight of the poor farmer in Bondali not to squander the meagre resources of a poor country like ours. Then again I don't blame her for you both suffered from deprivation as a result of your childhood and passage in life.
My final counsel to you is to face the music with either a high tenor voice or a mellow voice for both will be in search of justice and redress for the victims and families of your brute disregard of the Gambian. I know you're not having a good day at the moment but expect the worse in the coming days or man up cos if you do the crime you must serve the time.
